Please read this document carefully before registering or using 570ms services. By accessing the platform, you agree to all terms stated below. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 570ms platform at 570ms.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 570ms ("Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all activities on the platform, including account registration, deposits, betting, gaming, and communications with the support team.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that online betting is legal in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one account at 570ms. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, a valid email address, and phone number. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account. Do not share your login details with anyone. 570ms will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.
Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required before your first withdrawal is approved. This process requires a copy of a valid identification document. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account freeze.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 570ms platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any other method to manipulate game outcomes or platform systems.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity using the platform.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person or using false identity information.
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system — any bugs discovered must be reported to the support team immediately.
- Taking any action that disrupts platform operations or interferes with other users' experience.
570ms reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, voiding transactions, or disclosing information to the relevant authorities where required by law.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 570ms platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX (internet banking transfer) and TNG eWallet. Deposits are typically credited within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by 570ms and are subject to change. Current limits can be checked in the Wallet section of your account. 570ms reserves the right to decline or hold any deposit deemed suspicious or inconsistent with platform policy.
Withdrawals are processed within one to three business days, depending on the method used and your account verification status. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 570ms account holder. 570ms does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Winnings obtained through bonus usage are subject to individual rollover requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is approved. Full details of the rollover conditions for each promotion are stated on the Promotions and the respective bonus terms.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
570ms does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, 570ms is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. 570ms's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the thirty calendar days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 570ms platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the property of 570ms or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers. 570ms is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
570ms reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if a breach of these terms, fraud, illegal activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users is detected. In cases of suspension due to fraudulent activity, the account balance may be frozen pending completion of the investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within seven business days, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.
Changes to Terms
570ms reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
